Affirmative, you can cancel the order within 1 hour of placing the order because after that order must have been gone for processing and cancellations are not possible post that as most of the chess sets are custom made. In case of any emergencies, you can email us about your order on sales@paramountchess.com.

Return

You can return all our orders in case of damage or manufacturing defects. For handling requests in that space, uncut unboxing videos are mandatory for any claims.

In case if you don’t enjoy the product, we can also replace those products for you, terms and conditions included. But we, however, try to minimize these cases and mark our quality chess boards everywhere. This gives a lifetime warranty to all the chess boards and chess equipment from Paramount Chess Company.  Return shipping charges have to paid by the customer and refund cost depends on case to case basis.

We will initially try to understand all your problems with the order and then come to you for easy replacements. 

For easy replacements, you should return the product in original packaging and the product in unused condition. Once the product is returned, we will repay your money or replace your order as per your wish.

For returns, you need to first communicate with us using our contact details or mail us on sales@paramountchess.com 

Refund

You will receive the refund of all the returns, after 4 days of receiving the order back to our warehouse. You have to make sure the returned product should be in an unused condition and with original packaging for a full refund. In case, you don’t prefer the product and want to return it, we comprehend you and we will take away from you. But we will only offer you a partial refund in this case. You have to pay for shipping charges(to& fro) of the product.
