  • If for any reason you want to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If the cancellation is initiated after 1 hour of placing the order, we consider it a return and for that please see the following policy:


For any kind of returns, kindly make sure you contact our customer service team and ask for RAN (return authorization number) before you ship it back. Returns without RAN are not accepted. All returns are paid back the same mode you made the payment i.e. if you paid by PayPal the refund will be issued to your PayPal account, if you used your credit card to make the payment, refunds will be issued to your credit card only. 

  • If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact our customer support team and inform them of the same. The to-and-fro shipping is borne by you in this case.
  • If you've received the product and it is damaged, we will send you the replacement or reimbursement depending on the case. We need an uncut unboxing video for the same.
  • For any other reason other than damage product, if you want to return the item. You can return the item within 3 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). There will be deduction in the refund amount in this case.

Special Circumstances:

  • Seller Error: If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong or incomplete item, please let us know right away and we will gladly send the correct item in exchange whenever possible at no additional cost to you. (Wrong or incomplete items claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the item.) We need uncut unboxing video in this case.
  • Defective items: If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.  We need uncut unboxing video in this case.
  • Shipping Damage: If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. To expedite your claim, please email with photographs of the package and damaged contents.
  • Pre-Orders and Custom Orders can not be canceled once paid for.

Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
